Don't You Just Love All The New Technology

I am probably what you you would call a tech junkie. I love all the new electronic gear. I am so bad about it that when my wife and I go out on a date, I usually drag her to the local mega electronics store...I think she is kind of starting to like it...maybe a little.

Well anyway there is so much you can do with all the new "things", the only problem with most of it is trying to figure it out. If you are like me you learn the basics of how to operate one of these "things" and with good intentions you plan of going back and figuring out how to do those other cool thing that this contraption is suppose to do, but you never seem to get around to it.

Well technology has invaded the real estate industry big time, and it can make your home or property search and purchase so much more pleasant. You can sit in the comfort of your home and eliminate a whole bunch of homes or properties, without wasting a gallon of that expensive gas. Or how about having the "latest and greatest" homes sent to your inbox, with pictures and many times virtual tours, as soon as they hit the market. Wow, you do not even have to search for them.
