Technology And The Real Estate Industry

Well I really don't know where to start, because technology in the real estate industry has just about completely changed the industry. I want to share with you some of the changes, and how it has become so much more beneficial for you the consumer.

When I first got into real estate many many moons ago, we had these huge books that would be dropped off, I believe weekly, that had all the existing and new listing in it. Wow what a tenuous task of going through all those pages, and you know what...they didn't even have one picture in them, at least not of any of the homes for sale or lease, just information...how fun is that. You had to look through those "100 pound" monsters and try to find that dream home your clients were looking for. Well as they say, we have come a long way baby!! We not only have pictures, but lots of them. We even have virtual tour that makes you think you are really walking through the property.

You can go shopping for a home in your pj's, how cool is that! Well I am sure many of you know all of that, but it is good to reflect oh how far we have come, and so many of the advancements that the computer and the internet has brought into our lives.

As we mentioned last time I pointed out for buyer one tool that we have is the "Auto Notification System" that can really make your home buying process and much more pleasant and rewarding experience.

For the seller, if you are thinking of  selling your home or property, and were just wanting to get a general idea of what your property was worth, we have an over the phone What Is My Home Worth value assessment tool, that will give you a fairly close assessment of your property without all the hassle.

If you are thinking about selling...not quite ready, but need to know what you need to do to stage your home to help it show its best. Check out our online video Staging Your Home  it maybe just what the doctor ordered. Or if you are thinking about selling your home, but do not know where to start our online video Selling You Home may just fill the void.

Attention all you investors, and you that are looking for a good deal. Check out our Auto Notification System For Foreclosures that will alert you of any new bank and HUD foreclosures, when they hit the market. This will definitely give you an upper hand in finding that great deal.

Technology has truly made all of our lives so much easier, and pleasant...especially if we will take advantage of it. I encourage you to use any of the above mentioned tools in your real estate buying and/or selling process, they are all free of charge without any obligation. We never sell or give your information to anyone else. We do respect your privacy.

Thanks,
